Newbee...Need help to download please

Just started using PicaLoader and not getting anywhere. I think you need a degree to configure some of this. Have been going for hours at it and not getting anything.
For now would like to get pics from http://www.aclasscelebs.com/forum

How do I configure to get pics from there.
