Lost my help

I don't know why, but my Help file does not work anymore. It lists all the topics in Content, Index, and Search modes, but it will not Display any contents. This would be no big deal since the program is fairly easy to use. But the finer details of the Regular Expression Filter escapes me.

Is there any way I can restore the Help function, or could someone simply list the Regular Expressions for me please?
