i am a new worker.when i want to work with pica this program dosnt work and message immideatly "project completed two errors occured"and dosent work within any pic

Do you using a personal firewall?
Can you access the URL via IE?

my firewalls is norton internet security
but i check it and my browser is opera and it works good.
