How can download index.php images?

try this:
start URL: the main page's URL.
Page URL Include Filters:Ashoka/index\.php\?show=galleries;\.jpg$
Picture URL Include Filters:imagevenue

other options leave the default setting.

Page URL Exclude Filters: Ashoka/index\php\?show=file&path=\alt_image;\-tn.jpg$
I hope that it`s work.
PicaLoader store thousands images into one folder Change settings in option don`t work.
Another problem is - program save *.jpg images as index.php etc.
I must use other program to mass rename into *.jpg.
In this program don`t work cumulative setting - when I have 1 project and 10 tasks and when I change name and password in project, the tasks have blank frames.
Sorry for my bad English.

this is first gallery, next subpages are ...thumbs.page?gallery=14387&page=2 etc.
I can open first picture in page 1 and last pic in last page in each gallery and add link into PicaLoader (.../members/d4abf6620d8be44f8a03dd01/images/gallery/14387/[977391-97935].jpg)
but I can download several galleries and it`s lengthy for me.
