How do I download images from this site?

I have tried everything, but I don't have a grasp on how the filters work. I either get it to download hundreds of junk images, or nothing at all. I want to download all the images in a given thread...

This is a subscription site, and I do have an account. As this will probably make it hard to log in and determine how to enter the filters, I will try and paste examples of the urls here.

Can anybody give me an idea of how to enter the settings to allow me to download the images?

try this:
Page URL Include Filters:showthread\.php\?t=\d+$;attachmentid=\d+&d=\d+$
Picture URL Include Filters:attachmentid=\d+&d=\d+$

I tried those filters but it still didn't work. It only runs for a moment then finished without finding any image.
