You can try this little tool - IE Html Element Spy at:
http://www.vowsoft.com/ies

1. Download and install IE Html Element Spy.
2. Run IE, open http://blog.naver.com/swchoi12
3. Drag the "Target" cursor to a picture in IE,
IE Html Element Spy will show you the structure of the frames:
