I really don't know how to explain my problem, picaloader can't save pictures from site

Nice trick with pointing number of pictures in URL
like www.kill.com/pic=[1170-2370] didn't work because pictures's names have not number but have personal name... Other things with writing URL Filter etc ... i can't understand mechanics of this "magic", tryed to use something in this forum, but result still absent. And used all option variations...
Please help, saving 10000 images with my own hands is making me crazy!
