Can't access HELP file from Picaloader

If I access the Help file from within PicaLoader, all I can see is the Contents, Index, etc and the right pane is blank!

I can open the help file in the PicaLoader installation folder and everything is OK.

What's up with that?

Sometime when PicaLoader is working busy, you may can't access HELP file within PicaLoader. I will try to resolve this problem in the future.

thanks, it was driving me crazy tying to figure out why it would work sometimes and not others....
