Need help with something that has gone very wrong

I've been working on a neighbor's computer. Their project was via webshots. I don't know how, but I've lost about three years of their daily pictures and can't find anyway to contact them for assistance.

Does anyone here know if there is a way for me to buy their daily pics to get myself out of this mess?

I have a backup but since the data wasn't where the website said it was, I don't expect the files to be on the backup. I've copied over a copy of the old MY DOCUMENTS file, but there isn't any webshots data file.

I'm ill over this. Any ideas here?
