Now Fixed in New PL Ver

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Version 147 creates corrupt folders in windows (NTFS ?)
when new folder for each task is used and there is a space at the end of the new folder pica loader will make the folder bypassing windows auto correct of folder names. windows will correct this normally but pica loader somehow bypasses this creating a undeletable folder
to make sure this does not happen as a work around make sure there is no space behind the new folder name also It seems when you use the drop box make sure it does not add a space at the end of the generated name based on the web page (this is how I got it BTW and it might only be the cause but still it shouldn't do this even if so)
if anyone else has had this problem download the trial version of Delete fxp files (URL below) to be able to delete these Dir
[trial version allows deletion of single files/folders]

UPDATE not all web sites entered by the dropbox add a space at the end of the local folder name ddgirls site has this problem though
pl dropbox will rename a folder to Digital Dreamgirls - Andrea" " (without quotes) and windows can not access the folder created in this manner but the files will remain intact however just copy them to a new folder. however picaloader.exe allows creation of folders with a space behind the name and should not be able to do this

correct way plp files should be associated in win xp (sp2)
plp files open but give file not found in xp sp2 see below how to fix this error
using [open("%1"] in DDE message is incorrect and will cause this error
"drive:/Dir/program.exe"space"%1" with Application filled in and system in topic section will allow pl to load plp files correctly
pica loader you might want to fix this in your next release so the file association will work correctly also this error might be because acdsee fotoslate uses the plp extension also

Projects are not added to welcome window
ok heres a bugger any projects new or old will not add to the project list which makes welcome screen obsolete but at least it doesn't crash trying to show this screen anymore
Last but not least I'd like to thank picaloader for fixing the other bugs and I didn't mean to put him or his program down its the best one out there and I've tried most of em if not all
kudos to ya just thought I'd help make this program better or get a hint My puter needs fixing if I'm the only one that has these errors
LoL

Thanks
Hi,
Thanks for report these!
Q1: Fixed. If you already have some this kind of dir can't be delete, you can try this tool: http://www.vowsoft.com/UltraRmdir.zip (Just made by me, it's free. I had tested under Windows XP SP2 and Windows 2000 SP4, if it can't work on your system, please contact me.)
Q2: Fixed
Q3: PicaLoader get the recent projects via windows system recent document history, so if you set your system to "No Recent Document History", PicaLoader can't get the list... I will resolve this problem in the future (let PicaLoader record the history).
Thanks again!
