How to get pics in multiple directories

Hi can I get files like this:
http://www.site.com/dir1/dire2/pic_0001.jpg
where
dir1 & dir2 =0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,7, 8, 9, A, B, C, D, E, F
