Download Single Gallery WITHOUT Loading Other Pages

I'm trying to download a single gallery without loading other pages on the site, cause I don't want to mess up their bandwidth, and also to not look like a bot. It seems like no matter how many filters I put on the exclude list, it will still queue the pages and load them. Is there any way to stop this?

The gallery is ADULT CONTENT

Picture filter profile:All pictures
(we use picture url to filter pics, so no need use this, use url filter is quickly way)
Page URL Include Filters:cat\d+img\d+\.html$
Picture URL Include Filters:/media/\d+/
