Download imagevenue links with redirecting links (anonym.to)

Hi,

I know how to download from vBulletin forums thanks to one of the threads here but how do I download from a vBulletin forum if the imagevenue links have a redirecting link in it?

E.g. http://anonym.to/?http://img106.imageve ... timage.jpg

anonym.to links to other sites anonymously

try add img\.php\?image= to the end of Page URL Include Filter.
