with core 2 duo and quad cores could you allow multithreading and hyperthreading so that users can slideshow tasks that are inactive and also allow users to change preferences that does not affect active tasks?

after leaving picaloader or running it. i noticed that windows functions become slower and slower until i exit picaloader. even after exiting windows takes forever in slow mode until i logout or shutdown and reboot.

my computer froze and picaloader was running. afterwards when i rebooted and tried to open the database picaloader would run infinitely. i opened up the picainfo.dat database and it was corrupted at the end with illegible ascii characters and i was not able to open the others thumbnail and the .plp ...

If pages open up with images with filenames why does PL still download them as index.php and not the filename? Anyone with same issues or how do you resolve this issue? Thanks.

has anyone come across this issue before? i've noticed this on more than a few occasions with .php scripted in this manner

also even when restarting pl from a crash if there is a large database from which it crashed, dit takes forever for picaloader to read or it runs infinitely ie freezing until you erase the project... does picaloader have a save last good state and also a log that records crash and what it was doing ...
