Batch Download Pictures From Website

what is the deferent with Yahoo Groups and Yahoo Mail ?, in both you have to be authorized to gain access to any section ? . can the PICLoader Software access my mail boxes if i gave it a full access information ? can i access my mail box via a web browser ? sorry for that if i confuse ...

if i have alot of photos in my mail boxes, can i download all of them by PicLoader in just on click ?????????? .
