Batch Download Pictures From Website

Hi everybody, i have problems with images with "usercash" url's. for example this image:

http://o93kt-g-8c3wpclhiq.usercash.com/

i put the direct image url in the url image filter in picaloader, but doesn't work. usercash use frameset's.

some idea? thanks!
