Batch Download Pictures From Website

Yahoo! thought they would be idiots and change the way the Photo section works. basically it's all photoalbums now not folders and i dont know how to get the pics. can anyone help??

I should really explain abit more so here goes.....

what you do with that URL is it should d/l and save images from image 98233 to image 481524..

but picaloader crashes and i've got the newest version ... im really stuck here...
