Batch Download Pictures From Website

I am new to PicaLoader and have had a litle success getting pics. my favorite site is puzzeling me .. could someone please help me figure this one out... www.skins.be i would like all of the pics in separate folders and sizes.... i know that is asking a lot, thank you in advance....
