Batch Download Pictures From Website

how do i ignore files that have th_*.* in the file name ? .

if i put in the image search tree in photobucket..and press search i get alot of results how do i download all those pictures ?..and ofcaurse the original ones not the thumbs.. thanks.. i want to download all full wallpapers not thumbs from this link for example from pages 1 - 70 , : http ...
