url name for picaloader

Is it possible to rename files depending on the url? for example, the url is ??????-02.html - ??????-99.html and let the pictures be named 02-99 or something close enough so that I can use a batch renamer to fix it. Right now all my pictures are a random stream of numbers and letters. That's not going to help me outside of picaloader very much.
