impossible to open plp file after pc crash T_T

Hi all ,
I was wondering if you could help me. I'm on Windows Xp Sp2
and when some website crash my comp , I created a new project and during transfer my picaloader restarted but now , when I'm trying to open the *.plp first software isn't responding , then when I click on top bar or on the software itself my comp restart . >_<
So if you could help me plz ^^ !
edit : hum I fixed the restart problem of my comp , just the plp I can't use T_T
