Imageshack or Imgeavenue ... I can't download from them

I want to download the picture of the next page:
http://img99.imageshack.us/my.php?loc=i ... 3rq9ic.jpg
I can't download it with PicaLoader because the picture is really in:
http://img99.imageshack.us/img99/5231/1 ... 3rq9ic.jpg
... but I don't know how to setup PicaLoader options to point to this file. PicaLoader only download the first page but not the picture. Same thing with pictures from Imageavenue.
Anyboby can help me?.
