MSN Adult Picture Download

I have tried now for the past 2 month to download Pictures from MSN Adult Group, but it does not work.
I have set-up according to explained, and still no luck.
Can some-one please advice me what to do. All I get is the banners and Icons from MSN and it also download groups that I did not asked for.
