Some Virus attached with my Picaloader startup

Whenever I starts my Picaloder, after some time, automatically a adult page loads into my browser. It is so annoying because I am afraid my kids can see those page. Also Norton Anti-Virus starts giving alerts taht an intrusion to your system has been detected.

did any body else had this experience or problem of automatically starting of XXX pages with the start of Picaloder. If yes how to fix this problem. Please help me to fix it.
