It's telling me enough that there are no answers yet!
(No answers about the MSN-adult picture download)
There is no support anymore.

Are there alternatives to download these pictures?

Try Guru's MSN Group Downloader, its demo version is easly available on net, thats vgood doesn't need to make stuff like this.
