Problems viewing error report with Mozilla or IE

I have Mozilla Thunderbird set as my default browser, and I always shows an empty report page when I click on the Report tab.
I never thought much about this until I needed to see what was going wrong. I manually started a copy of IE and pasted the file://xxx/Report.htm URL into its address bar, and IE showed the same empty report as Mozilla with the additional note that it had blocked activeX/Java code contained in the page.
Wondering if I'd ever find the place where I'd disallow it again, I allowed IE to unblock the data and voilÓ, there was the report. (Login failure... wrong password ). I discover with relief that allowing IE to show me that page didn't change any global settings, so I now have a clunky, manual method of getting at the error report when I need to.
Could the PicaLoader developers consider writing a static report file instead of whatever magic they currently use to build it from within the html page? It wouldn't be as neat as the current approach, but at least it would work with all browsers.
Best regards & encouragement for making such a fine product.
