Ongoing problem with MSN Adult Groups

I notice a few posts with peopel having problems with this. The Guide does not work! No response at all on this. The problem is you are hitting the adult notification page in the background every time, and are not following the "I agree" java script correctly. Unless the !formName.cbConsent.checked is true ie. the tick box is checked, you cannot follow this link. Can this not be done programatically?
