problem with member site

I'm just wondering if any one can give me an solution to stop pl from hitting vote/ratings links. thing is is when these are posted everyone gets a email and with 47000+ pics and 157000 members it kinda sucks to say sorry to everyone. Its an adult forun so I can't post the url sorry but has anyone else had this and founld how to stop it or have any ideas
