Batch Download Pictures From Website

Hello people:
my puter crapped out so I had to start from zero Used the recovery disc that came with my puter I reinstalled pickaloader and now every time I try to use it my machine locks up I think its a soft ware conflict but can,t find it I am using windows me with all the updates can anyone steer me in the right direction? Bluesguy

Have same problem but on windows 98.Trying to evaluate picaloader before purchase but it locks up my pc everytime.
