MSN groups download 2nd

I still don't get the OK window.Do I have to adjust something or change anything in order to make the system "see" the hosts file?By the way why do
we put 66.98.154.18 groups.msn.com.The IP is the Vowsoft's.What it has to do
with the MSN groups?
