weird problem

Ok I have a project for ddgirls and what I noticed was this it would download all pictures except the first hi res one
this site has two res 800 or 1024 some even 1280
If I set it to only download 1024 or < it won't download pic one however if I retry the task it shows 50 dups but in pics view it says theres 49 and btw thats all there are (yes the pic 50 is nowhere else either)
it seems that it adds the pic [url] to the database without downloading it and if I set the project to not reject dups then it does download it
unfortunatly I can't give a task url cus its a pay site and without login it won't work

this was with high res profile however if I use 1024 x " only it will download only 49 img and show 50 dups if rerun the problem in both cases is that it will not dl hi res img 1 but adds it as being downloaded
