Pause Between Connections

It looks like the "Pause Between Connections" on the View - Options - Download screen doesn't work anymore.
I use this to help eliminate errors on one particular site. I up the value from 3 to 10 which seems to work better and then put it back to 3 after I'm done.
It looks like 1.47 broke this. Changing it seems to have no effect.
