can't figure out how to download from this site

To be truth full i have no idea how to do this. any help would be appricated.

Save attached project file to your hard disk, run PicaLoader and open this project file, select main menu->Project->Properties, change Picture Folder to a folder that exist on your hard disk.
then start download:)
