I wanted to know is there any way that i can download the best quality wallpaper only ? for example, if 1920x1280 is available then download it, otherwise download 1600x1200.

almost impossible for an automatically program, but with PicaLoader, you can try to write a HTML Parser Script.
give me a URL, maybe I can show you how to do this :)
