Downloading WMV files

Trying to download WMV files without success and need to speak to someone re shortcomings of my Quicktime player and Realplayer. Can someone take me through it without being over techhy!

We run IMac machines :(

I don't believe PicaLoader will download WMV files.

I can't help you with the short comings of RealPlayer or Quicktime. Try a Google search or maybe serach http://www.avsforum.com/.
