Newbie question, please help

Brand new to the program. I love it so far, but I am having some problems, and need help. I'm not blonde, but maybe I should be.
I want to set PD to search all the galleries on a certain page, and download the larger images in each one without seraching the entire website and getting TONS of other junk.
I am totally lost with the filter and include/exclude stuff. I am entering pretty basic settings I guess. I have tried it on my own model site and it works great, but my site is super basic. I can't get it to work well on other sites.
I know this is probably a stupid question but I can't figure it out. ANY help would be great. Here is the link to one such page as an example.
