Batch Download Pictures From Website

(1) ability to use previous task or existing tasks as a template for creating new taks thereby using the created rules for filters, links, image profiles
- also the ability to store certain tasks templates for future tasks leaving the url blank
(2) ability for users to select images they want in the picture panel by using a marquee to select the pictures in a group quickly and also by allowing them to ctrl click to add or subtract pictures from group
(3) rather than clicking on the box it would be easier for users to click on the icon to highlight the selected pictures faster and the check box should be used for marking like favorites similar to picasa
(4) instead of just ctrl + a to select all items users should also have another ctrl + t to select all items in a page not all the pages
(5) allow an option feature in the browser&viewer section so that it automatically fills the page with thumbnails just like windows explorer does by itself (or up to the limitations per page)
(6) better selection method where user clicks on the images and with ctrl click to select additional images and space to check the images that have been selected regardless of the # of pages
(7) ability for picaloader to read utf urls
(8) view>options>general - under agent identity (indentiry as) is mispelled and should allow users to add in their own browser identity and also update the list to reflect current browser versions
(9) in tasks panel should have the same capability in browser panel to allow check all, check none, invert checked, and check

allow users to add sites that picaloader does not work with and a area showing fixed date to show that the picaloader has been updated to work with the requested site version or date

more suggestions that i thought of and should be included in the next update

(10) more customizable toolbar icons for menu functions ie move checked to, rating checked, copy checked to; slideshow also user customizable icon locations in the menu bar like firefox or office
(11) download images from firefox to current open picaloader as a new task or something similar to downthemal plug-in for firefox or allow 3rd party plug-ins for picaloader
(12) customize url with script or operator allowing enumeration alpha or numeral for file names similar to windows commander allowing sequential file downloads for sites without links e.g.: http://www.health.gov/images/food001.jpg ... food010.jpg
(13) add slider/scroll bar to the picture tab to help flip through the pages to get to the wanted page faster
(14) a quick monitor image or icon to detail that picaloader is working on that site i.e. the moving circle in firefox or windows in IE <nice to have but not necessary feature>
(15) make picaloader skinable by 3rd party/fans with xul scripting like songbird
(16) add reverse button, forward button, pause/play button, and slideshow option button (slide delay time) in slideshow that shows up in alpha transparency when mouse is in focus area of the screen during slideshow
(17) [system] option and option in the tab window are 2 different things, maybe you should change projec/task option to something else like parameter/setting for user interface clarity

is there a way to convert a lite project to a standard project? this would definitely be a nice feature once working on a lite project notice that it is not really lite at all and need to restructure the project to a standard one.

is there a way to have slideshow view only the checked images or starred?

#2 also is it possible to drag images into other tasks or selected images to another task folder?
