Batch Download Pictures From Website

Is there any way of setting the default option of a task to only download "this page only" in the levels section?

Click the project name in the project pane then set the options, these options will be the default options when you create new task within this project.

but there are no options there to set it to always only download from the one page (i.e no levels down)

where are you getting to those options?

I know I can chose that for each individual task but see no way of setting it for all tasks by default.

When you create a new task, the default setting is same as the project's setting.
