How to exclude thumbnail URLs

Main Site = http://macrobase.host.sk/?p
Thumbnail sample URL = http://macrobase.host.sk/thumbs/f0031_t.jpg
Image sample URL = http://macrobase.host.sk/pix/f0031.jpg
May i know how i can create a filter that can exclude the reading of thumbnail urls ? It is a waste of time since i am not downloading the thumbnail but the image itself. Please help and thanks a lot!
