Every time I create a new project I have to change the specifications when every time I want the same options checked (Original filenames, original file structure, etc).
Every time I create a new task I have to change the file profile when every time I want the same options checked (All pictures excluding jpgs).
I create a project for each different website I'm visiting. If this website needs a password I find myself having to type (or copy and paste) the password details into every task I create. Every task in the project uses the same passwords.
How can I set defaults to replicate my preferences when Projects or Tasks are created and how can I make a create a task that already knows that the task belongs to a project group that uses a specific password.
Or can I somehow group select all of the tasks so that any changes I make to one task (eg change the downloading profile parameters) are replicated across all "highlighted" tasks?
