Corrupt images when Aborting

If you Abort a Task while its downloading images, those images go onto the harddrive corrupt. You can't see them in PicaLoader but you can using Explorer. I'd like to see PicaLoader automatically delete them during the Abort.

Also, because PL doesn't delete them, the next time you Start the Task it will download the image again but the actual Filename on the disk ends up being something different, I can remember exactly but PL appends a number or something.

So I'd like to see PL wait for the images to complete downloading before the Abort completes or delete the corrupt images.
