alot of the time picaloader downloads pictures and theres a grey streak going throught as if the pic wasnt downloaded all the way, what do you think this glitch will be fixed?

The reason maybe download timeout or the web site broken the connection with PicaLoader.
You can try this:
Main menu->View->Options->Download, increase the "Timeout" and the "Max retries" value.
or
Run the project again.
I have observed that phenomenon on a few occasions. I have then gone to the site with my browser to attempt to download the picture manually. I have generally found that I have no better luck with the browser. In other words, it often seems to be a problem with the website rather than Picaloader.
