Batch Download Pictures From Website

Found this site:
http://www.ehowa.com/pictures.shtml Think that may be interesting for some of You.But unfortunatelly I can't manage to download the pics using PIcaLoder.It seems to be easy at first,but in the end I didn't cope.


Does anyone can help?
